Dear house hunter, We are Thom and Max and will soon have a room available. We are both working and usually eat together in the evening. It is a mega chill house in a top location in the city. A 10-minute bike ride from the station and within crawling distance of the lively street Nieuwe Binnenweg. Pets and smoking are prohibited. The room is equipped with a bed, desk and wardrobe and has a balcony. Please note: The current furnishings will be moved with you, but we will arrange a bed with mattress, desk, office chair, wardrobe and bookcase for you. We have to move out the house soon, but in any case we have a room available from 1 to 30 April. The rent is 850 per month, but we settle it for the period of the month that you will rent.
