Through the central entrance with an intercom system and mailboxes, you enter the complex. Via the central staircase, you will find your front door on the first floor of the complex, leading to the main hallway of the apartment, which connects all rooms.

The spacious living room is located at the front of the building and is wonderfully bright thanks to the large windows and the choice of light colors on the walls. The living room, with a semi-open kitchen, offers more than enough space, allowing for a separate seating and dining area. The living room also provides access to the large balcony at the front of the building with a view over Raam. Tenants familiar with Gouda will know what a unique and delightful place this is, especially on holidays like King's Day!

The kitchen has ample cupboard space and is equipped with a gas stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, and freezer. This makes the kitchen very convenient and fully equipped.

**SELECTION PROCEDURE:**

Invitations are based on the order of incoming emails and for a viewing round, it is first come, first served.

After the viewing, income and reliability will be screened in various (public) registers. The tenant must fully and successfully complete this screening and achieve 5 stars, the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the property owner. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the decision will be based on income, screening results, and the tenant's personal situation. As a tenant, you have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who do not get the property after screening have the right to further explanation and can, of course, view the screening report.
